Breathwork is an active meditation where you use your own breath in a specific pattern to theoretically disconnect your mind from your body, helping you drop deeply into a meditative non-ordinary state of consciousness.This type of breathwork is perfect for you if:~ you have a hard time meditating~ you're ready to release the thing(s) that are holding you back~ you feel like you have stuckness in your body or your life~ you're wanting a way to tap into your own internal guidance system~ you're ready to learn a new way to relieve stress and anxiety. During this journey, you’ll have the opportunity to release something that's been holding you back and receive insight from your internal guidance system. Rhythm & Rootz

Rhythm & Rootz is a ceremonial dance practice. The objective in the way I guide our ceremony is for us all to first firmly ground ourselves into the music (rhythm) through listening, feeling, breathing and being inspired to set an intention. We will hold on to that intention throughout the experience and dance knowing that every ounce of effort we feel within our body and soul has the intelligence to impact the trajectory of our intention. 

Using a world music playlist I will intuitively guide and connect our dance movements to the intelligence held within Spirit Earth. Through this practice we pay homage to her cultures, ask for forgiveness for our transgressions, and celebrate with  immense gratitude for her still continuing to provide. 

When we move and make decisions that harmonize with our Earth, she will provide. When we dance in commUnity the collective energy has the ability to influence the way we move through life and therefore impact that which we desire. 

Dancing with a purpose.

Ancient intelligence.

It is all connected.
