In this series, participants will discover and practice hands-on techniques for processing, moving through, and validating our emotional experiences. Being a human can be hard! Rachel is here to help guide you through the comfort and discomfort while noticing our attachments and learning how to let go to be fully present in your body. We will be using art, movement, music, poetry, and much more to help bring us home in our bodies. The series will meet 4 times and cover grief, joy, anger, pain, sadness, and fear. Come dressed comfortably to move, be creative, and engage.
