It is recommended for all levels of practitioner; beginners too. Vin/Yin Yoga

This class is a blend of dynamic vinyasa and restorative deep stretching. Vin/yin creates a sense of balance between our need for effort and surrender. It is a marriage of the strong, yang Vinyasa Yoga with the receptive Yin Yoga. Active, yet grounding sun salutations and standing flows are offered in the first half of class to enliven the body and chase away any fatigue and is followed by slow, meaningful movements and long holds.

Slow Flow

A vinyasa style class that moves a little slower. Focused on moving with the breath, this class moves through a series of fluid postures, flowing and attuning to the natural movement of the breath. Emphasis on relieving tension in the body, reducing anxiety, holding stretches, and moving mindfully. This is a good fit for those who are new to yoga, looking to destress, or those who just want a calmer pace.
