Hi everyone, I’m Gigi. I’m a juggler of all the life titles: wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend...and I love every single part of those relationships…they have truly informed and helped form the person who sits here to type this today!
I’m just trying to live my best life, create that for my family and catapult others into the same reality!
Podcaster. Yoga teacher, certified. Reiki Master, certified/attuned. Reflexologist, certified. I am a perpetual student and remain open to all that the universe is bringing me to and through.
When I’m not sharing my passion for self expansion, I am: enjoying life with my husband Adam and our three children; spending time with extended family and friends; reading books; being outdoors and listening to (live) music!
My focus in every modality I work with, as a practitioner and a facilitator, is to encourage a practice where we come together, each of us on our own journey, in a safe and fun environment. No judgments, no outrageous expectations and no negativity; only much love and gratitude, peace and appreciation for ourselves, the practice, and each other.
